What I'm learning about finding peace is that sitting still and stopping my mind from thinking brings peace. When I first started doing this I had a hard time with it. Thoughts raced through my mind and I didn't know how to control them. It was very frustrating!!!! But I began to practice and work at slowing my thoughts down, and then just allowing them to float by like a cloud in the sky, and then having no thoughts at all.
When I listen to instrumental music and do this, it is much easier. And the more I practice the more peace I seem to have. Try it out. You might like it.
